Claim Filing in Three Simple Steps

If you have an insurance claim, please follow this procedure:

  1. Contact us at 1-866-207-9428

    We may require a police or fire report depending on the loss.
    We will contact your jeweler to arrange a repair or replacement.
  2. Call your jeweler where you purchased your jewelry.
  3. Visit your jeweler to pick up your repaired or replacement item.
